Misc 1.6.6

Most significant changes:  
- Fix some of Shibari's naughtiness not adding sfx or particles to talents  
- Improve drops from pride uniques: these are harder than vaults ever were, so it felt unsatisfying for them to give no drops of value; they now have a 65% chance to drop a fixedart or 35% for a randart. Adding a decent amount of potential high quality loot drops is fine because hidden vaults give worse loot than non-hidden vaults (there are more possible vaults for hidden vaults to choose from than non-hidden ones, and most of these additional ones drop very little loot) so this compensates for that while shifting the loot to a more satisfying source.  
- Buff summoner's Pheromones to increase damage received from their summons

Mindstars now randomly roll either as nature or mind damage (except for fixed artifacts) and give an Attune Mindstar talent to swap them to the other damage type

Non-default power caused slightly problematic values at enemy TL

Added vaults:  
*Recaiden worm nest (shows in forest and halfling ruins)  
*Starsapphire sleeping dragons (shows everywhere greater vaults can be found)  
*Starsapphire living weapons (shows everywhere greater vaults can be found plus halfling ruins)  
*Helminthauge flooded prison (shows in flooded floors of lake of nur)  
*Razakai collapsed tower (shows in trollmire and alt rhaloren)  
*Helminthauge crystal cabal (shows in kor pul)  
  
Updated vaults:  
*12 vaults were updated with multiple possible layouts, more enjoyable enemies, and some were expanded to additional zones if logical. Primarily early game vaults received updates as they're encountered the most of all vaults.

Brawler rares now use the same base unarmed damage as a player, instead of the one from the base NPC type; to prevent problems arising on some npcs taht have very strong base melee

Vaults give worse loot now and these are harder than vaults ever were, so it makes sense to buff their drops some

Melee characters having <50% hit chance against lots of basetypes until level 4 isn't really adding anything to the game
The majority of accuracy will still come from gear, but this will add slightly more to Combat Accuracy
