Vaults Contest Final

Added vaults:  
*Recaiden worm nest (shows in forest and halfling ruins)  
*Starsapphire sleeping dragons (shows everywhere greater vaults can be found)  
*Starsapphire living weapons (shows everywhere greater vaults can be found plus halfling ruins)  
*Helminthauge flooded prison (shows in flooded floors of lake of nur)  
*Razakai collapsed tower (shows in trollmire and alt rhaloren)  
*Helminthauge crystal cabal (shows in kor pul)  
  
Updated vaults:  
*12 vaults were updated with multiple possible layouts, more enjoyable enemies, and some were expanded to additional zones if logical. Primarily early game vaults received updates as they're encountered the most of all vaults.
