(I hope my K-Pop reference is appreciated) Doctornull was crying a lot lately about enemies potentially doing a lot of damage on you at once at the autoexplore breaking point due to either "not notice stuff at the end of your turn" thing or projectiles. This makes rest/run a bit more paranoid when it comes to enemies.

Final passes on dynamic ego system, and some bug fixes as well.
Some egos no longer tag an item special but are going to be removed on vaulting.
