Reworked prides contain much more vaults than pre-rework prides, which slows down the endgame and leads to a slog. This restores approximately 1.5 levels of vaults in prides.

Change ignore_direct_crits to reduce the crit multiplier of all critical strikes instead of have a chance to reduce all of it This should be the same average reduction but with no RNG element, making it a more relibale anti-burst mechanic.
