Resting will wait for objects' cooldowns and even powers recharge, if you hit "r" enough times.

Chrono wrap up

updated some egos, artifacts, and npcs for chronomancy changes

new effect for sun ray

less cool contingency particle

and for items' full recharge (below cooldowns, above recall)

Ice reaction fix take #2

Yep, I forgot to push the last commit on the branch, my bad :/ The previous one actually doesn't fix summons' mutual hatred and whatnot, I added this one after 5 minutes of testing but forgot to push.

Ice reaction fix

Currently, while you're incased in ice, it...
* breaks rest (because you're spotted as a hostile),
* makes your summons hate you with neverrending hatred, and
* makes your summons hate each other.
This should tackle that a bit.

Callback project flyers fix

Since damage done in callbacks has, well, a talent or whatever as a project source, it doesn't do flyers when it should.
I made a trivial fix for it to do!
Made sure projectiles and stuff still work. They do.
