Cost Tweaks (mostly increases).  
Firebeam hits 3 times in a row, +10 base dam.  
shadow blast damage corrected.  
Corona bolts are slightly faster.  
Searing light aoe does not friendly fire.  
Searing light targeting updated to reflect aoe portion.  
Glyphs sustain has cd.  
Fixed Divine Glyphs.  
Pos and Neg regen base (removed from chants and hymns).  
Chants 4 gives pos when hit by weapon.
