Effective stats fix

Hm, turns out exactly one place WAS using the weird form of outformat I replaced. Well, shed no tears for the dead, as the new version now compares effective stats more accurately-ish!

Small fixes

* Cursed Aura save compatibility
* Talent error fix

Inventory fail fix a.k.a. I'm sorry I thought it checked slots, people are wearing hats on their feet.

Turns out I accidentally broke effective stats comparison. Well, now it's back and better than ever.

Colors are a bit off though? For negative difference.

More fixes

Mostly just chrono fixes.  I did toss some disarm immunity on a couple of egos and sanity checked the apply power on sun infusion (wasn't being rescaled) and acid wave (was using a lot more stat modifier then biting gale).  fixed spell_negative_status_effect_immune, was looking for type spell rather than type magical.  Put a better sanity check for archery particles in Archery.lua too.

Equip niceties

As per your request. Needed more tinkering but now everything handles extremely nicely and chat messages are a bit improved.

adjusted max radius on materialize barrier down so you can blow it up with ashes without hurting yourself

Symmetry screwed with equipping two rings consequentially in no particular slot, so I changed to to be less symmetric (as it used to be).

gave saner power scaling to acid wave rune and sun infusion so high level characters may possibly save against it
