Mindslayer corrections

Yay it works!

Adds many missing math.floor()s
Stops a Heartstart exploit.
Stops use of Impale with a gem.
Corrected faulty/vague descriptions.
Added better effect for X Aura + Conventional Weapon + Transcendent X. (The damage is now a radius one burst on all weapon attacks.)
The buff from Matter is Energy no long relies on a hardcoded table of gem effects. Effects are now read straight off the gem.

Make gloom weakness decrease all damage instead of increase it.
