Refitted all damage formulas to use more explicit and generic (and bound) functions

Temporary effects last their correct durations
Changed all damage formulas to be lessl linear
Melee damage is now fully dependent of stats. A 15 STR actor wielding a mithril sword will not do devastating attacks (but still ahve pwoerful ones)
Melee/archery damage stat on weapons is renamed "power"

moving the mouse in target mode will do freemode targetting
left click in target mode cancels, any others accept

Separate declaration and definition of inline functions; add an ALWAYS_INLINE define in types.h for GCC-based compilers to make sure to inline even in non-optimized builds, which is required.
