Total overhaul of cosmetic options. Instead of a few options ofr each races (like two haircuts and that's it) every race now has many new options: various haircuts, hair colors, skin colors, beards, mustaches, and so on and so forth

Currently its optimal to immediately go to a shop and buy inscriptions (which are very cheap).  This alleviates that a bit by improving the starting inscriptions as well as tweaking/updating some of them.

New achievement: win the game without ever taking off yoru bikini/mankini

All timed effects are now grouped in one of four categories: physical, mental, magical or other, making it more obvious which save works with each. "Other" timed effects can never be reduced/removed/altered
