Instance index fix

Alex Ksandra requested to merge 0player/t-engine4:instance_index_fix into master

Basically the patch you've seen, except I made it a loop instead of being recursive and fixed the LevelupDialog bug. Quick search for other similar mistakes turned up nothing. Was most likely a typo, not a legacy.
