WIP 1.6.5 misc

Microtuning charm numbers is so fucking hot.

I accidentally pushed this branch once while I had my personal debug branch merged into it. I removed it and force pushed to overwrite completely, but for some reason the update summary still lists it. Ignore the 14 commit entry there its not real :p.
