WIP: Global stores

Currently there are several copies of the same shop across 4+ different cities in the AoA campaign. This is very annoying as it means you have to visit each city at each shop restock.

This is a quick attempt at creating shops that share a global stock so visiting more than one of the exact same type would be pointless. Seems to work ok so far.
