Agony particles + curse of nigthmare

Agony particles: increased the visibility (higher alpha and lower size growth) to reduce tedium of checking target to see the debuff while attempting optimal agony usage. Also the particles are REALLY cool. Reduced size growth also stops the now visible particles from obscuring everything nearby.

Curse of Nightmares: nightmare dam type no longer uses TL3 hateful whispers.
I liked the theme, but getting a balance between this not being really strong and not frustrating the player's attempts to use their abilities is difficult.
Instead now has 10% chance for mind dam and 10% chance for dark dam.
This is a nerf.
Also bug fix harrow to use harrowDam instead of global dam.
