WIP: nomastertested: The death of consumables alchemist edition

• Removed alchemist gems.
  *Alchemist can put a gem into quiver slot for talents that previously used alch gems.
  *All artifact gems with wield stats given bomb effects.
  *A couple of art gems tweaked.

known issues:
-ammo ui could do with polish.
-gems can be stacked in quiver (wield/worn stats do not stack ~thankfully)
