Disable dreamscape

Chris Davidson requested to merge Shibari/t-engine4:DisableDreamscape2 into tome-1.5

Because past characters probably shouldn't attack future characters. Also, I would argue that this ability is very tedious and confusing even when unbugged so were not losing much here.
