Items minor
Minor stuff I've had in my working tree forever.
Stamina egos: Theres been concern about the availability of stamina regeneration with stuff like Trained Reflexes being added to the game. I don't think this is a serious concern for the most part, but many of the stamina regen ego values are low. This adds a little bit more to a bunch of different (mostly late game) egos. Also significantly nerfs the Second Wind unarmed proc.
Inscriptions: All of the inscriptions a competent player will never use (Sun, Vision, Insidious, Invisibility) now have much higher rarity so they don't clutter the loot tables as much. I would actually recommend removing their rarity parameter for now pending revamp. Imperfect, but better.
Shield's cooldown range lowered to match regeneration, which is a considerable buff. This isn't as strictly better than regeneration as it seems, and most importantly its stupidly hard to find good shield runes right now, which is a huge problem for undead.
Hound: Talent level*10 base damage scaled by strength values that can hit 500+ with high mind power and such = hound base damage goes into the hundreds easily. This tones it down a lot, though summoner scaling still needs a lot of cleanup.
