Randart fix

Alex Ksandra requested to merge 0player/t-engine4:randart_fix into master

So, as the smart guy I am, I messed up randart powers back in the day. Not only didn't they scale properly, they also overwrote the base item's powers because the resulting ego wasn't instant resolve.
