Small fixes
- Two tooltip fixes (Ice Core and Sun Ray)
- Levelup dialog now displays tooltips on keyboard movement
- Classic UI now handles resolution changes
- Faded links in userchat no longer clickable.
Server has been moved and upgraded to a much newer gitlab version, as you see. Your ssh client will very likely complain that the host keys have changed. This is normal, they have.
