Merge branch 'ID/Scaling' into 'master' 

ID/Scaling updates

Fix I.D. Exterminator challenge becoming impossible with certain summons, npcs, by marking appropriate NPCs.

Fix scaling of Font of Life and Protective Aura floor effects.

Tweak open area in I.D. Cavern Layout.
