Merge branch '1.6b6-predator' into 'master'
1.6b6 predator predator: kill limit is constant and increased to 50. predator: atk and apr bonuses scaling modified to reflect constant kill limit. predator: hate on hit removed. predator: atk and apr bonuses shown on actor tooltip, instead of killcount. savage hunter: rng to apply effect. shrouded hunter: Crit shrug replaced with physpower for a less rng bonus and to provide a more offensive feel.
