Update the on_pre_use for Vault to check for a shield only. The action only uses the shield, so we don't need to check for sling and ammo as well.

Several skills that move theplayer would not function at all or would behave randomly if auto-accept target was enabled. This changes their target lock mode so that the can be aimed as necessary. The affected skills are: Shadow Transposition Grappling Hook Worm Walk Dream Walk Phase Summon Whirlwind Vault

- Concealment no longer increases damage of next Steady Shot. Instead allows next Archery Prowess shot to act as if the target is marked, and do increased damage - Aim now increases chance to mark - Called Shots and Volley can now be used without marks, at a lesser power - Increased cooldown and decreased cost of Sentinel. Potency of several other Archer debuffs has been improved to compensate - Pin Down no longer increases mark chance. Instead causes next marking shot to have 100% mark chance - Unlocked Mobility for Marauder - Slightly increased chance of Intuitive Shots. Lowered maximum scaling (primarily for NPCs) - Throwing Knives scale with Strength. Lethality will alter this to Cunning - Total Thuggery now also grants attack speed - Dirty Fighting deals improved damage, cuts immunities in half and is no longer usable by NPCs

Altered the scaling of Trained Reactions as per Hachem's suggestions, plus improved the display of information to player. Also slightly lowered the power of Aim/Rapid Shot, and slightly increased the stamina regneration of First Blood.

- Increased damage of Bull Shot - Slightly increased chance of Agile Defense - Reduced crit power of Pin Down - Reduced armor penetration of Headshot - Removed cooldown of Bullseye, slightly reduced effects - First Blood now grants a smaller stamina restore on Steady Shot, Shoot and Headshot instead of stamina on mark - Slightly reduced speed bonus of Trueshot - Reduced duration of Evasion - Reverted some of Trained Reactions functions back to original Reflex Defense design as per Shibari's comments - Reduced scaling of Piercing Ammunition and associated effects, added cap - Explosive Shot (Incendiary) now inflicts slow rather than dim vision - Rebalanced a number of effects in Munitions - Concealment reworked. Now instant, checks for presence of nearby actors on use (as per Stealth). Grants large damage increase to next Steady Shot. Increases vision+attack range, and reduces chance to be hit. Defensive/range bonuses fade over 3 turns - Shadow Shot no longer creates a smoke cloud. Instead inflicts a short duration confuse+vision reduction - Numbers on Aim and Snipe tweaked

Archer rework as per Marksman addon. Also a few tweaks - Trained Reactions costs stamina, Feint has the duration capped and power lowered, some ranged egos have been tweaked.
