More Id/scaling

Tweaked parameters for I.D. Octopus map layout.  Added some comments to Octopus map generator.  Updated room_map summary in ToME Grid toolip (debug mode.)

Multiplicity Challenge: Must survive a certain number of turns = map width + height before exiting.  Quest fails if you exit by dying.
Fixed tactical table for Multiply talent.

Mirror-Match Challenge: Clone immune to status effects before being activated.  Won't be invisible or stealthed.  Teleports away to start the fight.  Quest fails if the level is exited without completion.

ID/Scaling updates

Fix I.D. Exterminator challenge becoming impossible with certain summons, npcs, by marking appropriate NPCs.

Fix scaling of Font of Life and Protective Aura floor effects.

Tweak open area in I.D. Cavern Layout.

Octopus map generator: Updates the room_map appropriately.  Added some code comments re: parameters.
ToME: Updated room_map info for Grid tooltips.
