Added an option in Game / Online to open most links in the external browser instead of the internal one

Steam Cloud Saves are not off by default, you can still enable them in the options (this is to prevent some cases of savefile reverting of which cause is not yet found)

tiles can flip on x/y; used to make an x flip when creatures move left or right. assumes all are drawn left faced, which is not the case and needs fixing

If AI gains LoS for the first time but fails to spot you, they treat it
as if they haven't seen you for 10 turns, instead of as if they had
