Merge branch 'misc1.6' into 'master'

Small misc

-Controlled teleports now display targeting in yellow when targeting an out of LoS tile which may cause the spell to fizzle  

-Bugfix for rimebark still damaging the player with Through the Crowd  

-Tooltip fix to mention summons inherit respen
