ActorAI:aiCheckSustainedTalent: will not allow activating talents with active sustain_slots unless the ._advanced_ai flag is set. NPCs will not continuously toggle vile poisons. improved_tactical AI documentation: "TACTICAL VALUE" renamed "TACTICAL SCORE" for clarity
