Update Yeek's Quickened to trigger if the damage would leave you at 30% life...

Update Yeek's Quickened to trigger if the damage would leave you at 30% life or less. This seemed to be the original intent, but it was not taking the damage into account as written, so would only trigger when taking damage after your life was 30% or less.
