Talents bound to "left- and middle-click on target" no longer work on unseen (i.e., invisible) actors. Location of unseen (i.e., invisible) actors may not be inferred from targeting highlights. Overhauled the speeds system. Now when a talent or object grants +X% foo speed it means you can do X% more of action foo in the same time.
