Anorithil is a touch too far to the dark-side. Accentuated and buffed the light-side of the force anorithil.
Anorothil has a few too many buttons to press before you even start fighting things (4 instant abilities in circles and 4 in glyphs on top of other inscription, item, and other talents). Glyphs are too tedious for what they are, anyway. Consolidated/shaved some circle button pressing. Reworked glyphs.
Buffed/revised a couple of misc talents that needed some love.

Complete revision of glyphs::
Glyphs:
-sustain.
-proc on crit to place 3x3 grid of glyphs, costing positive and negative.
-once/turn max, each glyph has a CD.
—glyph of sunlight= blind, light dam on trig.
—glyph of starlight= debuff deals dark dam on action, dark dam on trig.
—glyph of twilight= knockback, light + dark dam on trig.
Glyphs of Fury:
-passive.
-increase duration of glyphs.
-glyphs do damage on trigger.
Divine Glyphs:
-passive.
-stacking buff when a glyph triggers, +light +dark res and affinity.
Transient Glyph:
-active.
-single target light + dark dam, can be used consecutive turns without CDing.
-Hitting use limit or making another action puts on cool down scaling with the number of consecutive times used.

Circles::
Circle of Shifting Shadows:
-gives an equal amount of all saves.
Circle of Blazing Light:
-removed.
Circle of sanctity:
-does a small amount of light damage.
Circle of Warding:
-unchanged.
Celestial Surge:
-active (uses spell speed).
-deal light + dark dam and slows foes standing in a circle.
-circles provide positive and negative regeneration for a number of turns after.

Sunlight::
These will buff radiant, luminous, and searing horrors stronger. I’m ok with that. @ me.
Searing Light:
-dam buffed, CD reduced.
Sunflare:
-unchanged.
Firebeam:
-damtype changed to light.
-CD reduced.
-inflicts a burn of equal damage (no initial fire damage).
-costs positive.
Sunburst:
-range increased.
-buffs for 6 turns, setting light dam and pen to a % of your dark dam and pen.
-costs positive.

Misc::
Twilight Surge:
-range increased to 4.
Darkest Light:
-active.
-aoe debuff.
—light and dark dot.
—splits % of actor’s damage into light and dark.
