Caldera is a newbie trap

Now with NO MORE CHEATHACKS!

List of changes:
* Dream Altar, no longer a newbie trap. Now it is instead beneficial to use altar instead of noxious fumes to get high.
* Dying in a dream, now less of a newbie trap. Takes the same amount of life away over 4 turns. Actually writes something so that you understand what just happened. Can no longer heal.
* Turn counter, no longer bugging out and stopping to work completely if you happen to be on a character that cannot leave the zone. Just switches the player now. If possible, of course.
* Party members, no longer travel in a dream to accompany us. Sorry, Alchemists.
* Turn counter, no longer displayed after you kill that damn Thalore.
* Stat points, remain the best cheathack for dream of vulnerability, but now are communicated in game log.
* Achievements, correctly granted (dream of loss used to grant the dream of vulnerability part.)
* Crowd, rejoicing.
* Caldera, less of a newbie trap. That rare faeros is killing you anyway, don't worry.
